As the CEO of Scandens Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. – a high-technology pharmaceutical industry site in Azerbaijan that carries out the full cycle of solid dosage form production through research and development (R&D) – it is a great honor and pride for me to address you.

For every professional who has dedicated their life to the pharmaceutical field, the Scandens project is more than just a company – it is a dream, a goal, and a mission. I express this on behalf of all our pharmacists, and it is a great privilege and responsibility for me to lead such a large-scale and strategically important project for our country.

Since the very first day of our operations, we at Scandens have been firmly committed to developing local production, reducing import dependency, and transforming Azerbaijan into a regional pharmaceutical hub. I extend my sincere thanks to all our partners, government institutions, and our professional team who have believed in and supported us on this path.

Alongside expanding our production capacities, we are also investing in the latest technologies, prioritizing full compliance with GMP standards, and taking consistent steps to ensure our products meet international quality requirements.

• Environmental Responsibility: Scandens treats pharmaceutical industrial waste on-site to prevent environmental harm and minimize liquid discharge by recycling treated water for irrigation, aiming for a zero liquid discharge (ZLD) facility. The company utilizes rooftop space for solar energy, currently operating 710 panels generating 450kW with 150kW battery storage
